We run our own processing line on the Sunshine Coast — marinating, coating and crumbing, continuous frying and IQF freezing, all under one roof. If you need a chicken product made to your specification, or your own label on something we already make, start with a conversation.
What our line does
Marinating & tumbling
Seasoning and marinade applied to your specification, not ours.
Coating & crumbing
Batter, flour and crumb — including panko — to the texture you want.
Continuous frying
Three-zone temperature control with saved recipes per product, so a run repeats the same way next time.
IQF freezing & cold storage
Individually quick-frozen on a self-stacking spiral freezer at −18°C to −30°C, then packed and cold-stored on site.

Rated throughput of the equipment on our floor. What a given product actually runs at depends on its specification — that is part of what we would work out together.
Where our food safety program stands
HACCP-based program · in development
We're documenting our HACCP-based food safety program now — process controls, allergen declarations and record keeping — ahead of third-party certification. Each certification will be published here when it is granted, and not before.

How much, how often, and how far ahead you can commit. This drives everything else.
Ingredients & labelling
Who supplies what, and how allergens and country of origin need to be declared on the finished pack.
Samples & approval
A trial run you can put in front of your own kitchen before anything is committed.
If something is outside what our line can do, we will tell you plainly rather than take the job and find out later.
