A thin starch coat that fries up crisp and golden and lets the wing itself do the talking.
Seasoned through
Marinated before coating, so they taste finished straight out of the fryer — no extra salting needed.

A neutral, savoury base that takes a toss in any sauce, glaze or dry rub your menu already uses.

Chicken wingettes and drumettes, marinated and finished in a light, crisp starch coating — no batter. Seasoned through so they taste great plain, with a neutral profile that takes any sauce or dry rub.

- How to cook
- Cook from frozen — deep-fry until the meat next to the bone reaches 75°C. Exact times are confirmed at launch. Not ready to eat — must be fully cooked before serving.
- Storage
- Frozen, −18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Allergens
- Contains wheat, soy (provisional — confirmed on the final specification).
- Great for
- Pubs, clubs, cafés, share plates and catering — serve plain with garlic aioli, or toss hot in garlic-pepper seasoning or your house sauce.
