Our quality approach
Food safety, stated as it stands.
Each line below names a scheme, where we are with it, and when that was true. A certification is listed as held only once it is issued.

How we control allergens
- Allergens are declared for every product in its current specification (rev. V11). All three current products contain wheat and soy.
- Every label is checked against the current product specification before it goes to print.
- For any individual carton, the on-pack label is the declaration that applies.
Frying, freezing and frozen storage
- Frying, freezing and frozen storage are managed as control steps in our HACCP-based Food Safety Programme.
- Product is individually quick frozen on our spiral IQF line and held frozen at −18°C or below.
- Our current range is raw or partially cooked. Every pack carries cooking instructions, and product must be cooked thoroughly before serving.
Traceability
- Every carton will carry a production-date label.
- Our recall procedure is part of our HACCP-based Food Safety Programme.
