A whole boneless chicken thigh, flattened to an even 12–15 mm, marinated, battered and finished in a rugged crumb coating made for burgers. Supplied raw and frozen.

- How to cook
- Cook from frozen — deep-fry at 175°C for 6–7 minutes until the centre reaches 75°C. Raw product — cook thoroughly before serving.
- Storage
- Frozen, −18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed.
- Allergens
- Contains wheat, soy (provisional — confirmed on the final specification).

- Chicken burgers, wraps and rolls — build it on a toasted bun with lettuce, pickles and your house mayo.
